really??? you think wearing a tight type belt around your stomach is going to do that?? really?? I would just say take the money you were going to spend on it and invest in a good pair of running shoes and hit the ground walking or running ... or just flush it down the toilet   drink lots of water, eat right and exercise... that WILL work... don't waste your money on it!

well your not supposed to exercise the first six weeks , and i will be eating healthy along with it , i hear it really works and they aren't too expensive so i figured trying one wouldn't hurt

you can exercise if you have a good delivery and you've exercised all along... no harm in it   I am so itching to get back to the pavement with my dog and start logging miles again... baby come out come out   I need a good 8 mile or so run... UGH

ooh ok i just figured it would also be uncomfortable with all the bleeding but then again ive never had a baby so im not sure what to expect .... me and s/o just signed up for the gym thought it would be a good investment now to get things moving with this baby and a great way to get my body back after labor

lol..oh all the thing we aren't "supposed" to do. Oh and after labor you're still gonna look/feel slightly preggo for a little while. A belly band squeezing the hell out of your swollen, puffy belly isnt gonna be comfy at all.

I didn't use one the first time around. This time i decided to try it, i ordered one called the squeem.perfect waist, if you decide its uncomfortable you can always wait a few weeks and try again. I have heard it can be really good for your tummy getting back to pre baby. I also heard it is more comfortable to wear right after delivery I'm super excited to try mine!
