Not wrong, at least you are giving them a chance to see the baby that they think your ex has no part in making. You could have been "ehh, you don't think it's his kid, so why bother?" You're way nice, if they don't want to come to your house then they don't want to see that baby bad enough. end of story.

Exactly. I mean i had excepted that i wasnt going to get any help from his family. And now they act like i owe them this and i dont. I just want to do whats best for Gemma. And im starting to really think they their going to do more harm than good.

Exactly i agree 100%. Im going to give them the chance to change their mind and what they say when i ask them is going to be the final answer. Im not going to let them toy with my daughter. I think i just need to be a little meaner to people. I tend to be a push over.

Yea, usually you should put your emotions on the back burner for the sake of the child, be civil and let them be apart of her life. But that doesn't sound like it would be a healthy relationship at all.

No. My ex knows shes his. Hes told them that about a million times. But hes in prison now. So its not like it matters what he thinks. I think they are only doing it because of him... but that also makes me think if shes alone with them they wont treat her right because they dont really care.

They really are. I didnt relize how bad they actualy were before i got oregnant. I was never really around them that much. Like other than my BD his sister and his mom. His moms eveb worse than his grandparents but i didnt relize all of them were messed up individuals.
