Walking in heels.

I just can't get it  

I know you're supposed to walk heel to toe, I get that part. But the part about walking one foot in front of the other? I feel like a fool when I do it, and my hips sway SO much.

I have a week to get used to walking in these wedges I just got before I'm wearing them out dancing, lol.

I got 5" wedges with a really good platform under the toes, but I just can't get the leg movement without looking li ke a fool lol

You don't have to put one foot in front of the other. Just walk normally, heel to toe. You'll fall into a rhythm soon enough.

Well, I was trying to look innocent for court. Bough a pretty dress and some heels. Was walking down the hallway in them. Practicing. Doing the one foot in front of the other like you mentioned..then bam. The cat ran past me, freaked me out, tripped forward, almost landed on his face,lol

I almost fell off abridge last time I wore heels lol
