ladies who...

went into labor by just there water breaking. i want to know, did you have any signs looking back to it that you were about to go into labor?

i've been hearing a lot of ladies waters just randomly breaking past few weeks. it happened with my mom when she went into labor with me. had no pains, no nothing.

i'm just wondering cause i am afraid its going to happen to me, and i wont know it happened. LOL. so were there any signs right before it broke, or was it pretty much a silent water breakage. lol

I was in labor when my water broke.
Started timing contractions at 7AM when I woke up, since they woke me up. Went to the hospital about 630PM. Water broke in triage about 7PM and I was admitted.
I didn't know it was going to break when it did. I was laying on my side during a contraction and my crotch got really warm and felt really gross. I said "oh, thats gross" and told DH "I think my water just broke." He got the nurse, she came in and lifted the sheet and said, "Yep, you're staying"

Well when my water broke, there was no warning. Everything was normal all day and then I bent down to grab a water bottle and when I got back up I felt a *pop*. That was it.

From what i've gathered, if it actually BREAKS, you'll know lol

well yea with my first i was in the hospital when it happened cause i was induced.. so it didnt really matter. and I KNEW lol i knew exactly what it was. but i do get a little paranoid. i been paranoid lately. cause ive had a lot of wetness, but its not my water.

but was just wondering if there were any signs or as most of you are saying its just a random out of the blue thing.

I fell out of bed and my water broke. No sign before that that I would be going into labour. But you'll definately know if it does break!

Irl I have never met anyone who's waters broke on their own lol the Dr broke mine just before we went in the delivery room. With my first. Midwife broke it for me with my second

I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like I needed to have a bowel movement, then my water broke. Other than that, no symptoms.

I just get this feeling like all the time it gets a lot of pressure down there and it feels like im just going to explode. but i dont. lol.

and sometimes she moves her hand a lot down there feeling like shes trying to scratch her way out.

i think im just paranoid   and just want her out. lol.

Mine just started leaking but I didnt know for sure if thats what it was until the contractions started a couple hours later. But I had no signs it was going to start at all. I had my son about 5 hours after the leak started.

I had no signs at all... Seconds before my water broke I definitely felt my son drop into the birth canal. When I say he dropped, I literally mean he went way far down in a matter of seconds. Hurt quite a bit. Then a few seconds after that I felt a small pop and a little gush. There was no mistaking that my water had broken especially because a bunch more came out when I sat on the toilet. Then a couple hours later I started having really intense contractions. Unless it's a super small trickle, I doubt it will go unnoticed. I hear it happening sometimes, but it seems to be pretty rare. Best of luck to you though!!

When my water broke, I had no warning at. It just felt like I was peeing myself, which of course that is what I thought at first but when I went in to the hospital to make sure they confirmed I was 3 cm and my water in fact broke.
