give me your favorites i need to go food shopping tomorrow and need some new ideas

All I know is soul food like
Ox Tails and rice w/cornbread and stuff like that
Brisket
BBQ Ribs
butter beans w/pigtails on rice
fried chicken....lol I am no help...sorry

watching!! lately all i've been eating is chicken and veggies.. hahaha
