Mine does. He picks out names with out thinking about it. He'll list names from video games like Cortana or names from his favorite shows like Serenity... which is a spaceship.    

Any "normal" name he gives me its completely dated like Jessica or Michelle.

I made my husband watch the Casey Anthony verdict like 3 days before we found out we were pregnant. The day after we found out we were talking about names and he was like oh I heard the best name the other day Casey! No hubs just no I told him the names he could pick from after that.

My DH wanted to name our son Arsenic...

It's not my taste, I do enjoy classic names but Helen just isn't for me!

Mine has really bad, super cheesy taste. He already has two girls with musical names and he wants to name this one Rhapsody or Symphony if it's a girl. I finally put my foot down and said no way.

He DOES like some good one - Cordelia (our top girls name), Penelope, Evangeline, Tabitha, Phoebe.....but those aren't ones he would go out and pick first choice.

Penelope, Tabitha, and Evangeline. They'd be my first choice. They are beautiful names!!

Thanks! Tabitha is still a contender - Penelope and Evangeline we still love, but they have shot up the popularity charts this past year, so it's putting me off of it a little. Especially Evangeline - it wasn't even in the top 1000 before 2006. It's now in the top 300 and still climbing.

You're welcome!! And it does suck that the has risen in popular so much, because like I said, it is pretty. Oh, well.

my husband wants Linus for a boy and Josephine for a girl. Not really loving either.
