This is a little blurry... So what happened when he found out? What action did he take?

That part I'm not 100% clear on it. He confront her, she told him that one was being treated for anorexia and that she was storing old clothes in the tool box. But law enforcement wise I don't think he did anything. There was a CPS complaint filed a few months ago. They showed up a few weeks ago...
