MC 2 weeks ago could i get a BFP 2 weeks later

i had a miscarriage that started on the 17 of november pasted the baby on the 24 of november so 2 weeks ago . i wanted to stark using opks but decided to take a pregnancy test first which showed the faintest positive and my nausea has returned with a vengeance now we did start trying when the bleeding had stopped could i be PREGNANT again or just my hcg levels haven't dropped ?

I think the only way to know that is to go see your doc and have a blood test and possibly and ultrasound done.

From everything I've learned about it, it usually takes about 2 weeks to ovulate after a miscarriage. So if you're still getting a faint positive, I think it's more than likely left over hCG from the miscarriage. You should check with your Doctor just in case and ask everything there. They can help educate you on the whole situation.
