Weight loss, zumba and my bet with DH

Keep me motivated  I made a bet with DH on who cal lose 20lbs first since that is my weight loss goal. I have lost 30lbs or so since my baby boy was born in July but have 20 to go. I already drink only water and maybe a cup of green day a day. Grocery shopping tonight and going to aim for no processed and prepackaged stuff. Yesterday I started following along to zumba videos on youtube. I know some people have had success with using it so I am going to try it. No money to buy anything to work out so it is just me on my own. Work out ideas that I can do? I am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time. I am so out of shape though I can barely last 15 minutes and that is with taking breaks to get a drink.

Day 1: 140lbs Bust: 38" Waist: 33" Hips: 37"

What I was before kids 120lbs Bust: 36" Waist: 27" Hips: 37" So that is my ultimate goal. The quest is to lose the 20lbs before DH! I won't go into the details of the bet though ;)

What are you doing/what did you do to lose weight?

there is an app you can DL on smartphones that will help you loose weight and tone your body all at the same time. Just do a search for workouts ;-D

I started weight watchers and am walking at work and doing "just dance 3" on the kinect with my kids at night.

Good luck and I hope you beat your husband

My phone gets screwy if I download apps because the app store updates and freezes my phone for what ever reason. So I can't do that

Thanks  I sort of broke our kinect because it wasn't working or I would be doing the sport games we have. It was going off and on between working and I slammed it against the TV stand   So now it doesn't work at all.

I'm trying to lose 5 stone, I don't know what that is in lbs but it's probably a lot. I'm also a stay at home mum and have no 'equipment' so to speak that can help me. So I put on the music channels and just make up random moves, or even copy dance moves from music videos. And a lot of jogging on the spot to the rhythm of a song, so I'll get faster with the chorus etc. I also take DD out in the pram and walk with my headphones in for at least two miles a day, the music helps motivate me. I have lost half a stone already in just over a week so whatever I'm doing works lol. I think there's 14lbs in a stone? Too tired for maths lol. The more you exercise, the more your stamina will build and you wont need so many breaks. Keep a bottle of water close so you can just take a swig then keep going. I exercise for at least an hour a day. Good luck!

1stone=14lbs
5stone=70lbs  

So by stone I want to lost like 1 1/2 stone  
I can walk for miles(usually 2 hours of walking and 3 miles) pushing my double stroller with the kids and I get a little out of breath but it hasn't helped me drop weight at all. I danced along with Zumba on the 5th and lasted two songs. I lasted longer yesterday when I tried it and was sore last night so I know it is actually working me out. I have xbox so I put on the videos from youtube to follow along until I can buy a kinect and get the game. Today I was actually able to wake up and get out of bed early, something I haven't been able to do since before I got pregnant with my oldest so I think it really is helping me already. Water... I really need to drink more of it than I do, though I do drink a lot more when I exercise it still isn't what I should be drinking in a day!

I wanted to lose Fat, so my friend suggested me to try the XLS Medical Fat Binder. It helped me lose fats more fast. Although I was allowed to eat in moderation, but it was worth it.
