So by stone I want to lost like 1 1/2 stone
I can walk for miles(usually 2 hours of walking and 3 miles) pushing my double stroller with the kids and I get a little out of breath but it hasn't helped me drop weight at all. I danced along with Zumba on the 5th and lasted two songs. I lasted longer yesterday when I tried it and was sore last night so I know it is actually working me out. I have xbox so I put on the videos from youtube to follow along until I can buy a kinect and get the game. Today I was actually able to wake up and get out of bed early, something I haven't been able to do since before I got pregnant with my oldest so I think it really is helping me already. Water... I really need to drink more of it than I do, though I do drink a lot more when I exercise it still isn't what I should be drinking in a day!
