i think it depends on the guy, really. I was 15 and SO was 18. i asked my mom when we started dating if she would have an issue with us dating. she met him and liked him. Im sure my child will put two and two together so i cant be a hypocrite. but if the guy was only in it for the sex and i felt it was abuse than yes but if he is a good guy then im not going to stop thm, shes going to have sex anyways.

I am not going on the rumor mill, I am going on what my daughter says, if thats the rumor mill, then so be it, but she used to be really good friends with this girl, and this girl told her everything.

How do you know that this girl isn't an "attention" liar? Take a few seconds to remember when you were 15. There was always that one girl who talked about her "escapades" like it made her cool and she was pregnant every other week. Good friends don't really matter in the "hear say" department unless your daughter was in the room with her while she was doing her self described acts.

Just remember this little girl you call a slut might have some other issues going on that lead her in this path. You are a mother of a teen. I am sure you have a stable life for her since she doesn't behave in that manner her "friend" does. This little girl might not have that type of life. She could be a torn paper doll.

You do make a very good point.

I totally see where you're coming from, however we still refer to people as psychos that are that way because of something in their life. It doesn't change what they are. I guess I just don't get offended by that word.

I am not offended by the word. I just think that if this little girl is 15, is that sexually active and is pregnant again, there are underlying issues that lead her down that path. I can be overly "motherly" on things like this. She is a bit young to be behaving in this manner. 16 is early enough to start but at 15, that says this girl has been down this road a lot sooner than 15 and that is worrysome.
