I had a CO put in place before LO was diagnosed. He currently is sick with an unknown virus. We spent 16 hours in the hospital running different tests and so on.
DB has never been to a doctor's appointment nor even visit his LO in the hospital after a 12 hours brain operation. In fact when LO is sick, he doesn't take him to the clinic, he will wait until LO is due to come home and than tell me I have too. ( I don't mind, but it is something he could do)
Well now that LO is sick and on different meds DB is demanding he go for his visit, or he would call the police. He did go to his dads, but I don't feel safe with him there well he is sick, they don't follow the doctor orders and he always gets worse. LO doesnt like going there when he is sick, because of the lack of care. Today when I dropped LO off at his grandmothers (because BD will not talk to me) LO's uncle covered his mouth with his shirt and 'made fun of LO for being sick and contagious.
ANYWAYS, right now BD has once a week and every other weekend visits. Can I can that to "if LO is feeling well'?
* I plan on changing the court order but I am just wondering what I can do in a situation like this.
