I started taking "fenugreek" & have been lucky to notice an increase in my milk supply. If I'm not nursing, I pump every 2 hrs during the day & every 3-4 at night. So far I've been able to get 2 oz from each breast. It's not a lot but it's an improvement being I could only get half an ounce each. I still give my LO formula but she sometimes refuses it. The journey to full time EBF is a long & stressful one but I'm confident I can do it

Stop giving formula and let baby suckle right at the breast. That'll do the job.   Congrats, btw!
