DD's neck is getting sore, cracked and red (well, not that she has much of a neck this young, I mean under her fat rolls, lol). What can I put on them? I clean her often enough I don't know how she's still getting like this it looks so sore

After a bath, make sure you wash and dry her really well, and then you can just put some lotion on it. It's hard cause their sweat, formula/milk, etc gets stuck under there lol

baby powder

I would put desitin on DD's when she was a baby.

Make sure you clean her and dry her really well. If she's drooling and/or getting milk trapped in there, it can irritate her skin.

My oldest and now my youngest, would have their necks get red but not cracked, from the drooling. Using baby powder on their neck along with keeping a bib on helped the redness go away. But with it cracking, maybe vaseline or A+D ? I'm really not sure. I would say lotion but that may make it worse.

Rash cream. The sort that you use for her butt, barrier creams are brilliant! Just make sure she's dry before you put it on. DS had a drool rash and it cleared up after creaming. That or a bit of baby/olive oil to moisturise and act as a barrier.
