quick question

i forgot how many mil of tylenol u can take at once that is safe?

I take 2 extra strength which is 1000 mg. the dr said its fine. I try not to do it more than once or twice in the day I need it, like if I have a migraine or I'm super sore.

I was just starting to wonder this myself lol.
I take two extra strength but, that was because the doctor said tylenol and didn't tell me how much so I've been going by the bottle. And only once maybe twice a day if absolutely necessary. Mostly at night
