hospital :(

My baby girl is so sick high temps for 2days they don't know what's wrong they gave her bloodtests. Antibiotics everything.  . She will hardly eat she's on a drip   all she wants is cuddles . I've always co-slept and the nurse won't even let me   having a really hard time here its so heart breaking seeing her like this.

Im so sorry hun, we will be sending our well wishes your way. If you arent alowed to sleep in her bed pull her into a chair in your lap-screw the nurse.

I completely understand, I have been there. I hope they find out what it is and get her better quickly, stay strong Mama.

I know how awful that feels. My son was in hospital when he was a few weeks old with a fever. I hated it they took blood, did chest x-rays, took spinal fluid (that one i cried about it more than him), put an IV in his arm for antibiotics ect.

I had the same problem with a few of the nurses not wanting me to co-sleep. I still did though. We ended up being in there for a bit over a week. I hope she gets better soon! Do they have any sort of idea what they think might be wrong?

Im praying she gets better quickly. They thought rota virus at first she has a bit of that but they arnt sure what else is wrong with her . Her temp keeps hitting 102.2 and higher almost 104 & as soon as she's out of my arms she screams but the nurse doesn't care

Also because i breasted and she is hardly feeding will this mess with my supply?

You will need to pump in between and drink lots of any kind of fluid (other than caffein). Ive had to fight the odd medical professional to keep bfeeding too, dont be afraid to stick to your guns.

Poor thing  The nurse wont let you hold her at all or wont let you co-sleep? When i was in hospital with my son i had like 2 nurses say they would prefer i not co-sleep and listed the "risks" to me but they never flat out old me i couldn't.

My pump is at home   & I've been drinking heaps of water

I can hold her i am now sitting on the chair but they said we can't keep together i tried to argue she was the biggest bitch about it. So im cuddled up with her on the chair

See our hospital here would loan us a pump-they dont seem very compassionate there. Do you have anyone to bring it to you, or do you have any support at all. If not just deal with the sickness for now, your supply can be rectified later.

Nah my SO is asleep at home and i bomb couldn't wake that man up, & his working all day tomorrow
