Empty boob pains?

Its weird... every time he empties a boob i get these weird pains in my boob that's empty. Its like its filling back up or something. Lol... anyone else experience this before? Anything to do for it?

Btw its NOT my nipple... its my actual boob.

I used to get that get my milk was coming in it hurt like a mother!!
