First time since birth. HELP!

posted 7th Dec
I am ready to start having sex with him, but I'm scared because it's been almost a year (with pregnancy and recooping) and I had my daughter.. I'm starting to feel like it's been so long they might have changed it. Lol I am serious here: I need help on how I can make the first time (since) amazing! I want to feel confident, and let him know that I do enjoy it. But he isn't the type for many words in the bed room... I want the sex, but I it's really mostly for him. It's been a while and I want him to kno he still turns me on. And I'm starting to think the fourplay isn't cutting it anymore. For either of us. Any advice right now is good advice. Help meeeee!

From what I hear, and from personal experience, the first time after having a baby and after you have healed, it's going to hurt. Use a lube, and have him start slow so you can get use to it and let the pain pass before really getting into it.

Yea, I planned on the lube. Lol and I expect it to hurt like hell because my daughters head was small so I didn't rip, but the muscles did. Bad. and I get little spasms and they suck. But I just want to make it amazing for him. I want him to know that I am attracted to him still, and still want it just as bad as he does. (Maybe not as bad as him) Lol

This may sound really weird, an some women might not be comfy about doing it, but I have heard it's one option that makes it easier. You can use your fingers to slowly start stretching yourself back out in that area, just do it gradually for a few days, where each day you stretch yourself just a little more. If you are in the states and have the money to blow, you can get a dilator kit. I know Pure Romance carries one.

Lol I felt uncomfortable with it. He isn't the father of my daughter (BD broke up with me when I got pregnant.. Doucher), and the thought of someone elses penis in me weirded me out. Lol I had sex once since I had gotten pregnant but I don't consider it much as sex (didn't last long, and was too uncomfortable for pleasure..). So this is like the first since pregnancy started. Lol but I want it to be sooo enjoyable for him. I kno I'm not as "tight" as I used to be, I mean I did have a child.. lol, but his is fair in girth. I just need tips and advice on making it completely mind blowing, to show him I still got it. Lol {SORRY IF ANYONE IS WEIRDED OUT} Hahaa

Oh, then that totally makes sense. Ive only had sex with one person since I left my daughters father and it was super awkward for me even though it was over a year since I had my daughter. I think part of me feels like I shouldn't be a sexual being now that I'm a mother which I know is ridiculous!

Honestly, my ex said sex was better after I had a baby. And he was a douche, so he wasn't just saying that to be nice or make me feel better lol.

^^ I love that. Haha I mean my BF has been DYING to finally have sex, but hasn't pressured me. I guess I'm just really nervous because he is the one to had taken my virginity, so I feel it won't be the same and he won't be satisfied... UHGGG.

You might find it actually physically feels better so I wouldn't so convinced it will hurt. DH and I had sex 4 weeks after having DS and honestly it felt amazing, I enjoyed sex a lot more after than before because it was much more comfortable feeling for me.

Sex after birth has never hurt for me but I didn't tear with any of my four. Get up on top so that you are in control. I always made make my husband lie perfectly still for the first thirty seconds. Not only does it drive him crazy but it gives you a little time to get used to it.
