I have been craving canned albacore tuna like crazy.... i have been limiting myself to 1 small can a week, does anyone know how much is too much?

An article on Parents.com says:* Eat up to 12 ounces a week of canned light tuna and other low-mercury fish, such as salmon, shrimp, catfish, pollock, and fish sticks.
* Eat up to 6 ounces of fresh or canned albacore (white) tuna. They have more mercury than light tuna.

so far so good. The one thing I am majorly craving right now is SpringMix salad, and I have no idea why. I will feel better after my u/s on the 21st. I had a m/c in July at the end of 8 weeks so if I can get throught this week and the middle of next w/o any spotting or bleeding I will feel much better.

I am due 5 august, I am now 10+4. How's the morning sickness I hear it's worse in twin pregnancys?
