I'd quit smoking about 5mths ago when I was pregnant this summer, but I'd started sneaking one here & there in the last month before getting pregnant again. Now, I haven't had one since the week I found out, but I find myself REALLY wanting one lately for some reason
I'm not really having trouble quitting anything on the "no no" list, but I am really having a hard time drinking plain water. I forced myself to get in 70oz yesterday, but most days I average about 25-30oz. I've tried putting juice in it for taste, lemons --- anything! What I CAN drink plenty of is iced decaf green tea. I make my own tea at home so I can control the sugar, but I worry that too much of it is still a bad thing.
