Well ladies I'm off to get a new microwave cause my man and I are craving popcorn! He's gained more weight then me, lol! Gotta love a man who "sympathizes" with you.  

I know its selfish..but I am super worried about wieght gain. Last pregnancy I gained 80   I am 11 weeks and already up 10lbs.


SO is angry and says weight is the last thing I should be worried about, he just wants baby to eat. Im 215lbs.... I know being so big can cause problems


Just my mini vent....getting it out there.

I've been able to feel it for a while now! I thought I was crazy! It seemed til early, it was about 9 weeks when I noticed. But at my appt at 10 weeks 4 days, he felt it almost between my hip bones! So I'm not too crazy. Lol. I will definitely ask! It's my 5th, so I guess it's normal! Lol

I think thats about how mine is! I'm kinda petite. I look 4-5 months already. Lol

random question for august moms to be lol when i went and got a sono i was supposed to be 10 weeks 5 days but that baby measured 11 weeks 3 days and the nurse changed it on the pic with my daughter they always left it how big she was and they said the baby measuring that big id be due aug 17th but they want to keep it at the 22nd im kinda confused i know the day of my last period but what if i ovulated early or something idk with my daughter they went with her growth mostly but she was also always 2 days a head or behind or even

I go for a dating u/s on Monday. I know my last period, but my cycles where anywhere from 38 to 35 days long for the last year, so they want to make sure incase at the end I need to be induced, they want to make sure Im 41/42 weeks and not just 40.

To me.....blah blah blah. Im sticking with August 23, Ill have several more test and u/s done and we will know babies progress as we go along the next 6/7 months. I wouldnt get hung up on u/s dating IMO.

They say it can be up to +\- 5 days off. So that's why they would keep it the same.

I never had a period so when everyone asked me when my last one was I couldn't tell them, they had to go by the u/s and have changed my dd 4 times! First sept 1 then 3 then 2 but the latest u/s said aug 31 so that's what the dr is going by. All I know is I'm due sometime that week I guess.

I hope they can give you some decent news! They only thing that relieved the pain was leaning over a chair or railing (anything to put pressure on that spot) I hope you get some relief!

I love hearing about someone who can come into a relationship and a "ready made" family and call it theirs ---- to raise someone else's kids as their own. Step-parents are often underappreciated   You have a lovely man

aha! I've only gained about 3-4lbs, but hubby's all worried about his belly.... he took a slim fast shake to work for lunch today LMAO

I agree --- i constantly worry about it. Since this is my first, I have no comparison... and since I'm already chubby, I worry about gaining ANY weight... lol

the only good thing about my 80 lb wieght gain last time, is I lost 40lbs in the 2 days after delievery and another 20 breastfeeding the first 6 weeks. I must have been all water lol
I just know how uncomfortabel the last 2 months are, and since our last two months will be July and August with 90 degree weather I really dont want to be overly huge

Oh my gosh --- this summer is what I'm worried about, too! Here in KS -- we can get up to 113* in August!
