Yeah I am surprised the nurse even tried, she kept saying 'I don't expect to hear anything, ok?" trying to reassure me. She was very surprised when she found it right away. It's at 170bpm.

So I did a random doppler check on myself (As I own a doppler from who knows when lol) and it picked up the heartbeat, pretty sure as I it was really fast. Going to be 10 weeks on Sunday. I also think I have a bump going but it's a very little one.

How is everyone feeling?   I will be 13 weeks on Sunday. Its flown by!

Oh gosh yes! I had a dream that I was in a warehouse, trying to help people escape from Jason Vorhees... I've had zombie dreams.... and last night, I had a dream that my hubby had a girlfriend in the city, so I got myself an extra boyfriend lol

I did a bunch of reading about it before I bought mine (and also asked my doctor, too). While there's nothing to say that it's harmful for the baby, it's sound waves & when they can finally hear, it can be annoying. There have been a few women who have said that when they were far enough along to feel movement, they could feel the baby actually moving AWAY from the wand. I imagine it must not be that comfortable. My doctor suggested that when I can finally find it, I limit myself to a couple of times per week.

LOL If I had a dream that my husband had a gf in the city, I would probably have a dream of murder... not getting an extra boyfriend.

I just want to stop coughing. I sound like I've been smoking cigarettes my whole life. My throat and stomach are killing me... Ugh  

Emily, have you told your work yet that you are preggo? I've told a few people, not everyone knows yet but I'm sure they will all know soon lol...
