My family & hubby's family are taking bets on gender. Hubby says boy, my mom says girl --- he has to send her homemade jerky if she's right (idk what his bet is yet). FIL says boy, SIL says girl --- it's about even overall.

They ask me & I say ---- "Um, I just want one this time lol"

Anyone due on or around Aug. 24th? It would be great to have someone to chat to during this journey! Let me know!

I've been saying the same thing.. Most of my fam and friends say this one is a boy. I say I don't care what it is, I just don't want to lose another one. Boy, girl, combo of the two, lol, what ever

How did you ladies handle finding out it was twins? I'd be freaking out! Was the extreme morning sickness your only symptom?


Do you have twins in your families? My cousins are identical twins.

It was very shocking! The morning sickness is horrible. I've been so hormonal too. Mines are not identical, I made a little mistake and said they we're yesterday. I apologize. My mother is a twin.

Ladies ladies! How are you all feeling? I'm feeling quite depressed today.  

I'm having a great day. My youngest had her doctor's appointment and she's 22 lbs now , all good on development, all good in general. My doctor says she's perfectly healthy and super happy (she wasn't even fazed by her shots this time!) .

Today I also don't feel like my morning sickness is as bad, so happy about that!

I was just hoping to see a heartbeat bc of my miscarriage. Then when they found 2 I was like so in shock. I was crying tears of joy and thankfulness.   twins aren't in the family either. There is one twin on my husbands side. His aunt's aunt had them, but I heard it is only from the mom and that identicals aren't genetic so who knows!! And I have the hyperemesis, heartburn, tiredness, sore boobs, and occasional gas. Lately headaches too. -_-

Lol. Yep, uninvited. I could go earlier to my ob appointment, but if we are going to tell people next weekend, I want to have my next appointment as close to 12 weeks as possible. I'll be 11w5d next wednesday. Really hoping the stoping stops completely by then. It's been SLOWLY phasing out...

10 weeks tomorrow, the morning sickness has started to wear off, nothing like it was with my 17 month old..oh that was killer, I remember crying and asking myself why on earth I would EVER do this to myself again. For me I find as long as I get 8 hours of sleep every night and drink plenty of water I am pretty good to go. Last time it was all about Mint Gum, this time I could barely stand the stuff when I was feeling sick

Why depressed?  

I feel TIRED beyond belief. This pregnancy is so different to my first with my son. My skin looks like I'm a teenager again, it is so embarrassing!
