how long?....

posted 7th Dec
I'm 38 weeks and 6 days.
I've been 2 cm dilated and 70% efaced since Monday Nov 26. And my doctor told me that baby boy's head is extremely low!
I went into the hospital on the 25th and they told me I was having contractions, but I wasnt feeling them and they weren't frequent.
It's been 11 days and still no change
I was just curious to hear some stories, maybe similiar to mine, and to get people's guesses on how much longer they think it'll be! (just for fun)
Thanksss!

You can go early. Or you can go over. None of those things mean anything.

I had regular contractions 3-5 minutes apart for an entire month and still got induced at 41 weeks.

I thought all the things uou described would make the doctor and nurses concerned and would want you in to make sure you don't go into labor sooner than anticipated.

i was 1 cm dilated on my 40th week check up..well i had been having contractions for about a month, the only way i knew i was having them was when the doctor told me. i never really felt any contractions at all...i got induced at 4am on october 17th, and had her at 7:41pm..i didnt feel any of my contractions until about 4pm...so that tells you how fast stuff can go  lol

it just depends how your body is. sometimes you can go into labor quick even right after some false contractions.. others you will get false contractions FOREVER.

I don't think they are normally too concerned once you reach 37 weeks
