Ransom has history. It's a real name. Can't really say that about sincere.

One could say the same of Sincere. It was a Puritan name, ergo it has history.

Ransom is worse than Sincere. At least Sincere has a good meaning.  

To OP, I think Kylie Elizabeth would be better.
