This is why I refuse to accept debit/credit cards straight through my Etsy.

Maybe it's been shipped and hasn't been marked as such online? I've had that happen to me before.

I always assume Etsy will be slow since it's all small businesses and often handmade... Everything I order winds up taking weeks to get to me   the only place I rely on for quick turn around is Amazon Prime, lol. I would assume etsy shops are especially busy due to the holidays. Stinks, I know. But there's still over two weeks until Christmas so I wouldn't stress *too* much about your Secret Santa gift!
