3rd birthday ideas

DS will be 3 in April. So I have a little more than 4 months to come up with a birthday theme. Normally I start planning in like October so I know I have a theme and can start picking up the small things. So far we have done a farm/piggie theme (all of which was made by my lovely cousin and step mommy  )







and a Cars theme


But I'm not sure what I want to do this year. Sooooo I'm coming to you wonderful ladies for some ideas!! He's getting a Cookie Monster toy for Christmas so I was thinking Sesame Street but I want some other ideas to. What do you ladies think?

Lol hat is solid icing that is supposed to be grass lol

For my ds's 3rd in february were deciding between Mickey mouse, finding nemo, curious George and Thomas the train. Finding nemo is winning because that's what he says he wants right now.

My cousin and step mom made all of it. The barn was licorice and graham crackers and icing with some tooth pick to help hold it. The marshmallows were noses and feet on pigs, chocolate chips were feet cows, and yellow icing for the chicks. It was so awesome! lol

DS isn't a very good talker so he wouldn't really pick unless I showed him choices and I can't think of anything lol

Yeah I'm afraid with anything else there will be small parts on the toys they put on the cake (we keep them all) and LO will find them (he will probably be crawling around the time of DS's birthday) and try to chew on them. I'm a nazi when it comes to toys with small parts and choking hazard things lol

Same here. My step sister was 2 when I was 15. And she got ahold of one those plastic play rings and it got stuck in her throat, my dad pull it out because she was turning blue. And 911 was taking to long it popped a hole in her throat luckily she was ok but ever since then I've been paranoid. Dont chance nothing with my kids.

Nothing like that ever happened with me but I don't want it to. It's scary!! DS choked on a chip one time and that scared the ever loving crap out of me so I don't chance anything either. Just in case...

I cant watch parents that let there kids run with lollipops in there mouth, it stresses me out.
