re: Judge orders "no more kids"

Just like how my sister has had six children which only one she takes care of and the rest she handed over to her mother. Wish she could be ruled to get her tubes tied.

It's awful what he's doing but women need to take some responsibility in who they choose to have kids with...take charge of your reproductive-ness!

As much as I like the idea, it's a freedom that you can't just take away.

Now, jail without conjugal visits would put a stop to the baby making. I could support that.

BUT, there again, then tax payers would be footing the bill for his kids and for that guy to have 3 hots and a co...and medical care!

It's a lose/lose.

i dont think his order is legal but it is certainly ethical.
I'd love to tell lots of people that they cant have more kids while ordering othrs to procreate! lol

Medical care? Tell that to my.uncle who is dyeing in jail because he can't get medical care. They wont even take him to his doctors appointments that his wife is paying for...


Anyways I think the point is. If he has more kid proven to be his he will get jail time. Hopefully the treat will make him start wrapping it. Lol.

I don't agree with telling people that they can't have sex or reproduce, so no I'm not okay with that.

I mean depends really how many kids they have and what not. But I know someone who was ordered to have her tubes tied by the Childrens Aid and the judged ruled on it as well.

Its the samething really. She has a total of 6 kids in foster care. she had 4 kids they took them then she had another kid lost that one then when she got pregnant with her 6th kid they ordered her tubes to be tied after she had her c-section.

I heard they did that here after a woman had her 11th kid taken and put into foster care. Supposedly all 11 kids were born addicted to meth or crack or something. I don't remember the whole story.

So did I.   My best friend's father just got arrested because he lost his job and couldn't pay the 3K he owed[I think he's out now though]. And she was 23 years old....I didn't even know you could get CS when you're that old.
