If she's not upset about it, and it's just swollen and has a cut, why would you take her to the ER?

Can you post a picture? Does it look like it needs stitches? Can she move it?

Clean it and put some neosporin and a bandaid and she should be good to go. If the bleeding has stopped and it doesnt seem to be bothering her you dont need to go to ER

Depends on how bad the cut is. If it is pretty deep then it may need stiches

Ice it to bring down swelling and apply pressure, if it doesnt stop bleeding then go to ER if swelling goes down and it snot bleeding I would sya stay home. If you cant get the swelling down then you could have a break or a fracture and I would get it check out.

Even if it stops bleeding it cold still require stiches. I cut myslef with an exacto knife a year ago and needed 2 stiches because the cut was so wide. It had stopped bleeding long before I got to the hospital.

cut looks fine, if swelling doesnt go down then take her in to check for fracture

Glad she is doing better. That does look scary, I can see why you freaked out so much at first.
