It'll be ok... I had my second daughter at 36 weeks, and she was ok.. they gave me steroids to mature her lungs, we spent the normal stay.

First of all, get checked for a UTI.
That can cause cramping, back pain, nausea & frequent urination.
In the mean time, chug water/cranberry juice.

If it's not a UTI, and is simply pregnancy kicking your ass, just relax. I was 1cm and 50% effaced from 32 weeks forward. All three of my kids sat very low. It didn't mean ANYTHING at all. You can stay a couple cm dilated for months. Just relax.

I stayed dilated for MONTHS before my son was born the morning before his DD. lol. There is nothing to be scared of. You will not go early. Just rest up and relax. Get checked for the UTI and get meds for that because that can cause problems if you dont.

If you call tomorrow ask them to write you a script for a UTI med. Since that is what you have. Dont wait for a week. Get it now.

How do u know she has a UTI? OP u need to ask ur doctor about a uti but i am 36wks 4dys and having the same stuff for a week now, add in the last 2days ive been having begining labor contractions. U may not go into labor for a few more weeks. Sit down put ur feet up, take a relaxing bath, and try to get some sleep. Our babies will be here soon enough!

I have pretty much just learned to live with the back pain but putting a pillow between your legs while laying on your side seems to take some pressure off.
