help my maccaroons

Im baking maccaroons. It says to use cooking spray but I have none, so I greased the pan with shortening.

They are stuck to the pan worse than a case of herpies. Help!! What they eff is the seceret Maccaroon mamas?

Yes. That's what we use in culinary school and they pop right off. Just make sure they're cooked all the way and they'll come out perfect. I promise.
