Can't eat regularly....

posted 6th Dec
This has been a couple of months before I got pregnant, but especially now that I'm pregnant I can't finish my food without feeling sick or too full to continue eating and it's abnormal amounts that fill me up. I will get hungry later, but still only able to eat very little. I can't even eat a big meal anymore or just feel satisfied. I feel like something's wrong if I feel sick after eating a small portion instead of all my food. I've never had a problem finishing my food lmao if that makes more sense of this. I think I might have indigestion and also associated with bloating...Anyway pregnancy has made it worse. Has anyone else experienced this?

This would be my current problem as well... Lunch I ate3/4 of my subway sandwich... But breakfast i was only able to choke down two bites of toast and some tea. I wont be able to eat the rest of the day im so sick.

Yep, through my whole pregnancy. I can eat small portions often. If I try to eat too much I get horrible indigestion and feel like I will vomit.

Do you put your food down and try later to eat again? Lol I try to do that. I'm trying to eat! Sorry you're going through the same stuff!

Oh wow! I don't feel sick all day but its quite a heavy sick feeling for a bit after I eat. I think I'd die if it lasted all day! I'm such a baby ahhaha

Do you bloat pretty bad too? Wish I could take pepto or something but I don't think you can while pregnant.

I have had a similar issue and luckily I feel like my morning sickness is getting way better, but I try and keep something in my stomach and not let myself get hungry, that seems to help. Eating a small snack every hour - hour and a half, even just a few crackers, might do wonders for you. If I let my stomach get empty I feel like crap.

They actually recommend u eat small and frequent meals while pregnant because the hormones slow digestion down A LOT that is why you are feeling soo full with little amounts of food. Also your stomach and everything gets pushed up with your lungs to make room for.babyn don't fret to much Hon just try to eat small and frequently
