Ovulation ?

If you have a normal 28 day period which day would you most likely ovulate? Would it be 14 days after your first day of your period? Does Ovulation change monthly?

I generally ovulate on CD 13 or 14.

I have cycles that are so regular its unreal. 28 days every month. And I usually ovulate on cd 14-15
