I go out like once a month with my friends. Don't feel guilty.

It's normal to want to go out. Without "you time" you'd probably go crazy. You have a personal life too, also you're a single mom AND going to school so I consider you doing a good job and should treat yourself for some going out time. If you're mom has no issues with it then go have fun. It's important for you to be happy as well.
