red splotchy skin?

My three year old had an accident in her pants today while taking her nap. When she woke up she had a bright red butt. I got her in the shower and after she got out I noticed that she had a blotchy red rash inside the angry red skin. Is this just normal from having an accident? Ringworm? Or what?

sounds like a little bit of a urin/poop burn. put some cream ( diaper, hydrocortazone, or baking soda/water paste) and see if that helps
