Medication & breastmilk.

I am EBF my 3 month old son. On Tuesday, roughly around 5 PM, I took a pill for my migraines. Yesterday and today my son has been very fussy. He can be fed, changed, and otherwise fine but still isn't happy and will just cry his lungs out.
Would the medication still be in my milk, if I only took one, 48 hours later?
