I need ideas for a sauce

I'm throwing together some noodles, pork chops, peppers, green onions, broccoli.... Just need something to make a sauce for it. I guess it'd be a stir fry. Any ideas?? I'm not a picky eater at all!

Make a wine sauce. Sautee garlic in butter or oil, add wine of your choice until the alcohol is cooked off [about 8 minutes], add S&P.   easy peasy.

Corn starch on the meat before you fry, add pork/chicken stock, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a hint of pepper flakes.

Would flour be ok on the pork chops instead of the corn starch?

I make a really good stir fry sauce with 1 cup of chicken stock, 2 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 1/2 tbsp of corn starch. Just mix it all together and pour it over the stir fry when its just about done and let it thicken up a bit.

Eh it turned out ok for being a first timer! I used a sweet chili sauce with some garlic and pepper flakes. Mmm
