There was one study that was disproved about the MMR. I'm just looking for any and ALL research papers going either way!

They were wrong. You could probably find the article out there somewhere, but it was disproved.

Now, I'm no conspiracy theorist but if our vaccinations did cause something you think our government would tell us? With all the money the healthcare industry makes off modern medicine.

My daughter is HF ASD and was ahead developmentally until she got a flu shot at 18m. I'm not saying it caused it, I am sure there are underlying reasons for it. But the more I educate myself, the more I am convinced my other two will not be vaccinated-- not until they are quite older anyway!

My husband posted this on FB the other day and one of his friends is just going on and on about how we are choosing to believe "beliefs over fact" and we're the reason people are so scared to vaccinate. Our dr will sign a waiver exempting our children from vaccinations so they can go to school because DD1 is obviously recovering from a vaccine injury.

My first is mid to high functioning ASD and he was ahead of the curve until about 18 months-2 years when he just fell off so to speak, right after his MMR.

I'm also not saying it caused it or there wasnt an underlying issue that wasnt compatible with the vaccine but for those reasons alone DS#2 will not be getting MMR. And we've never done flu.

Money. why else? Vaccines are a 20 billion dollar a year MINIMUM profit for them. Plus, a lot of the people in congress and the house have stock and investments in these products. If you have time, read the book I posted above... it goes into all of that in depth.

Each parent has the right to choose for their own children. I don't agree with you, but your kids aren't any of my business.   I vaccinate my kids because i don't want them dying of measles. The small unproven chance of it causing some sort of issue wasn't enough to stop me from vaccinating them. All 3 of my boys have had all of their shots so far and are average as far as intelligence goes.

(Off topic, but it sounds horrible to refer to my kids brain power as average and it sounds like bragging to say above average.  )

Autism has actually increased from 1 in 166 getting diagnosed to 1 in 88 and this is with the decline of people NOT vaccinating. I do not believe one bit that vaccinations cause Autism. There is currently no proof or evidenced based practice that in any way vaccines cause autism.

I believe each parent has their own choice. But if I had it my way I would have everyone vaccinated. When I chose to vaccinate my children, those vaccines are not only helping them but others around them. I'm not sure if people are aware that by not vaccinating they are putting other people at risk too. Some kids can't get vaccines due to allergies..

People often use the excue "well those diseases/illnesses haven't been around for years so I don't need to vaccinate." Why do you think they haven't been around? With all the people that are choosing not to vaccinate and with all the unvaccinated immigrants, we will most likely see those illnesses once again...
