That's exactly what I was thinking. Only fruit.

Then it should be fine to go ahead and fix however you want to.

I don't know if I could eat it raw. What about cutting a little off and cooking it lightly, adding eggs and potatoes and doing a breakfast burrito type deal with hot sauce.

Or the blender idea.... I seriously can't imagine what the blood would taste like though.

I don't think I'd actually be able to eat cooked placenta chunks lol
But I am planning on getting it encapsulated or doing it myself. It sounds extremely easy and as soon as I deliver it my midwife will stick it right in the fridge or freeer, whichever I want.

DH has been out of town for the past few days, don't know when he'll be home.. I've been staring at the same four walls, doing this all by myself. I'm a wreck.

It its best to do it right away, but mine was done 6 days pp and it helps me immensely. I saved them for my return to work and I feel amazing. My energy has increase, my mood is better and my milk supply has increased (from 21 oz pumping / day at work to 25).

Let me know if you have more questions!
