I started actually working out for the first time really in my life on Monday, and now that I'm 4 days into doing the 30 day shred, my body feels great, and I'm controlling my proportions without even thinking about it. I've always ate pretty decent, i hardly ever have much processed food, but i over eat. I've tried to control portions before, or substitute a protein shake for a meal, and have always ended up consuming everything in sight instead :/ well this week i have had a protein shake every morning for breakfast, and haven't even felt the slightest craving for food until lunch time! I'm pretty damn proud of myself! I'm weighing in tomorrow, and I'm expecting to gain weight this first week just because the 30 day shred is a lot of muscle building, but next week I'm hoping to see a drop in numbers!
