For squishy butt the inserts come with I just snap them in and on the butt it goes.
For ella bella bum she sells inserts as an extra or you can buy your own. I use hers.

I usually only buy diapers when I have a coupon code...and normally, Nicki's Diapers and Sweetbottoms baby has some coupon code floating around or a nice sale going on. Cottonbabies is also a great place to buy from (so I've heard). You can also go cheaper by doing prefolds and covers.

Ella bella bum is free north american shipping (she is in canada)
squishy usually does free shipping on orders of $60 or more but she is switching from custom orders to more of a stocking every week iirc.
