Speech?

I got an email asking if I would like to give a speech at my graduation ceremony in two weeks. It would be something small and simple. But I have a hugeeee fear of talking in front of crowds, not to mention I have NEVER met any of the people I will be graduating with. Would you do it if you were in my position? What would you say to a group of people that you have never met, but are ending this chapter of your life with?

I can't public speak, I stutter. I wouldn't be able to do it.

When I try to speak in public, I act like I've downed a whole pot of coffee! And feel like I'm going to have a heart attack! Haha, I couldn't do it.
