should i be discourged

ok so i went on a mission to cut out all junk and start eating healthy at the end of october i started at 193lbs and my scale now says 183lbs . I also started the 30 day shred 2 days ago which i know i wouldent see any results from that yet . I drink a ton of water thats all i drink and i eat healthy but i dont see a difference in my weight i still look pregnant :/ should i be discourged or is it to soon to see results thanks

Definitely do be discouraged! Keep doing it! You already lost 10 lbs. You will get there. Have you tried bicycle sit ups? they work wonders for your abs

Youve lost 10 pounds already! Thats a lot more than you would have lost by doing nothing. You could have even gained more. Dont be discouraged. Just because you cant see the differencd doesnt mean your body isnt changing.

Don't focus on the scale maybe your losing inches first, you can try measuring yourself. Or take pictures every now and then to see your progress

thanks i have been taking pictures of my stomache but i dont see a difference :/

start with doing 15 and work up because they do a WORK OUT on your abs
omg when i started doing them they started burning lol.

also are you getting alot of whole grains?

I'm on day 9 of 30ds and can see a little difference but I have to really push myself, I love the combination of cardio and strength training it does make a difference I'm going to start taking o carnatine I heard it helps with stomach fat
