Long sory short....
My ex has never really been apart of my daughters life even when we were together.. he moved out of state in January this year moved back in September. I have a court order only giving him supervised visitation... i was nice enough to let him have her during the day 1 day during the day and one night during the weekend. She was going just fine until the past few weeks. She flat out refuses to go. Says his gf is scary and hits her.. daddy makes her stay in bed or he bust her butt.... again last night rachel scary rachel and daddy hit me...... this is really concerning me. I have texts from people they lived with stating this girl threatened to hit her kids with a belt until it left welps...... im tempted to not make her go anymore and tell him we can go by the court order until you take me back to court......

I would just keep up the supervised visits, thats ridiculous. I would not be sending my child if they were saying stuff like that.

Don't make her go, until you get to the bottom of things.

omg poor girl! i would take him to court and only to supervised visits.

The law would have to tear my baby out of my cold dead hands before I'd let those people see her again. This is a no brainer.

Don't make her go. Also call cps on them. Those poor kids are being abused.

I hadnt been making her go..... yesterday was the first time and she kicked and screamed for me.... No more! I should have taken a picture of her neck yesterday when he dropped her off. He said the dog clothes lined her with its chain.....

ALWAYS take pictures and take record of every single thing.

not to scare you or anything but where I live there was a step mother convicted of killing her step daughter & the mom fought for months not to send her daughter to their house because of the same signs the court didnt listen & now her daughter is dead before of the court system. So if I was you I would take advantage of the supervised visitations & never let him or her be alone with her again! You always have to think of the what ifs, if your daughter is already telling you she is scared!

Its very scary to think about.... how anyone could do harm to a child. My ex tried to come back with well she says the same about you..... i may pop my kids on the bottom or on the hand or something but im their mother this chick has no business putting her hands on any kids!
I see his temper come out when she throws her fits.. he cant handle it. He told her the other day when she didnt wanna go what he got her for christmas and that he was taking it all back and she didnt need to bother to come see him on christmas because he was sick of her treating him like crap..... he told me i needed to stay out of his money and maybe he could afford a place to live and it dont take $400 a month to raise a child..... He has 4 kids total and his gf is pregnant now......

what a shame hes a loser & I would never let them see her if that was the case! call cps & refuse to let them until you go to court!
