why would you get in trouble with the section-8 housing?
I think the cops is the only way he is going to leave you alone honey. I'm so sorry you are going through all of this

Why would you be in trouble for his behavior if you call the cops. I would call them anyway and let them know whats going on. Is your son there with you?

can you call a friend or relative and ask them to come over and hang out wit u because ur scared!!! and when he comes dont asnwer the door!does he have a key to ur apartment?

Reread that clause, I think it's more likely that automatic eviction is a result of having the cops called on you. They can't legally stop you from protecting yourself. What if you had someone break in? Thean any do that.

You'd still get into trouble. I've had the cops here once, and I didn't even call them.. They showed up to the wrong apartment and I was in hell of trouble.

He also sounds unpredictable and dangerous.

You NEED to get out and find somewhere to go until things calm down. He is going to try his damnest to keep you with him.

Do you have a friend or family you can stay with for a week?

You also need to save everything he sends you, you can even unblock his number and let him talk to your voicemail to get his behavior recorded. Then, you need to go down to the police station and talk to them about putting a restraining order on him. Even if you don't get an order, make sure his obsessive actions are recorded somehow. Tell your family and friends what is going on as well and let them know to not talk to him about where you are and what your doing.

Call the cops on him. It will not affect your section 8. get a restraining order on him and get him the heck away from you!

This. They cannot stop you and kick you out for protecting yourself. You have a right to get the cops involved and still keep your housing. If they try kicking you out then you need to find someone to file a complaint with because I'm pretty sure that's against the law.
