Okay. That's good, at least there isn't the added complication of having a kid with him.

It is completely illegal for them to evict you for protecting yourself and your children. Call the police and let them know about his dangerous behavior, then if your leasif board tries to evict/violate you, file a complaint and contest it. If they try to exist it you legally have thirty days to vacate or challenge the eviction. No one will uphold such a ridiculous lease clause. They can't penalize you for protecting yourself. That first violation they have you should be contested as well.

Ididnt read all the responses but I would go to someone else whose that he knows and if he comes there call the cops from there. Then oI won't hurt your lease. Otherwise lock yourself in and don't answer the door if he comes. If you ignore him

I am so sorry you're going through this right now. I went through the same thing with my ex and it got worse. Please call the cops, or have someone pick you and your kid up and have them come to their house. He will hurt you if you don't do something about it. Restraining order, have a cop watch your apartment, whatever you have to do. Please, stay posted so we know you're okay. Sorry again, this brings up old trauma...but once you show him he has no control over you whatsoever he will back off easier, they feed off fear and vulnerability.

i dont know if its possible but try to go to te police station bring your phone (of course) tell them abotu him show them all the missed calls & textes threatening you calling you names. get a restraining order on his ass! can you go somewhere for a few nights to have a piece of mind when you sleep or are alone.
