if you have a buy buy baby in your area which is your favorite to shop at, BBB or BRU? i work for BBB and always have customers tell me that we are so much better than BRU. that our associates are very friendly and go beyond to help them and the associates at BRU are often rude. just curious and bored lol.

around here, I'd rather shop at BRU
The BBB around here has a bunch of rude smurfs working at it. None of them would help me any of the times I was in there, they treated me like smurf because apparently my apperance means I'm a smurffy mom and I have little to no money to spend  

It's cool BRU got my 900 something dollars when I was pregnant and not BBB.

I think they are equal because they are the same damn over priced store with different names

The BBB here is hit or miss. You will either get an associate who is willing to help you with whatever it is you are looking for or a smurf who is going to be annoyed by simply asking where to find sippy cups. But, BRU is easier to navigate. BBB is also more expensive.

I like them both but lately BBB just because they take Bed bath and beyond coupons. Normally (not always) that makes things cheaper than babies r us. They both have different things though so it kind of depends on what I'm looking for.

I also like that you can use the 20% off coupon on sale and clearance items at bbb and you can't at bru...

I prefer BRU as their prices are better. I do go to BBB (which just opened right after DD was born) web I'm looking for something and can't find it anywhere. I rarely buy anything   the one positive is they sell Dionos in store

oh wow thats crazy   we have a lot of pierced and tattooed moms come in and generally they seem to be the ones who spend more lol

yeah i didnt know that Bed Bath and Beyond was the parent company of Buy Buy Baby until i started working there, and that you could use their coupons. then again it does make sense since they have the same layout lol

lol, i am surprised your store acted like that. they teach us that the customer is always first and to find a way to accomadate them.

I do, but the Elementals, which I don't think you guys carry. I have a picture of the BumGenius wall at our store   And I miss you tooo!!!!!!! <3
