36 weeks and cramps

I've been crampy sense Sunday evening and started getting random contractions that are semi painful but come and go so fast they have no duration. My Dh and I have also been having intercourse more not to start labor but because we want to. I think in his mind he's no longer worried about hurting me or baby.

My question is my doctor told me when I was bleeding in first trimester anytime we had sex it was due to my cervix being sensitive. He said it would stop in the second and start back in the third when my cervix were changing. The last three times we've had sex the first time it was pink when I would wipe, the second it was a lot of blood but stop within 30 minutes and this last time it was pink again. Does this mean my body is preparing for baby to come? Is it something I should bring up at my next appointment which is tomorrow? What do they do at your 36 week appointmnet?

I'd bring it up just to see what he says. I just got had my 36 week appt & I got an ultrasound that estimated how much she weighed & I also got tested for Strep B.

I had an ultrasound at 34 weeks. She flipped she was head down and dropping. Then they were pushing on her and squeezing trying to figure out why she was measuring 42 weeks. I didnt get to see my regular doctor last appointment I had to see a different doc int he practice and I completely didnt like her. By the time she was done baby had flipped to being breech. I'm pretty sure she still is.

I will talk it all over with him tomorrow then. I think he'll check me and do the strep B. I hope he checks and sees if I'm progressing. I also dont know if he will decide to take her by c-section if I am progressing and still breech. I have so many question cause the last appointment nothing got answered.
