Does the doctor...

Check your cervix every week when your appointments are now scheduled to every week ? I was checked yesterday and now my appointments are every Wednesday , will they continue to check me? Wat will they do?

Maybe, maybe not. There's really no reason for it, though.

Maybe. Maybe not. Depends on the doctor. My doctor doesnt check anyone unless they go overdue or are having regular contractions.

this. Starting at 39 weeks, had 3 and did nothing. Well maybe helped with a fast labor when it did finally come.

Okay and what does it mean when I start to get period like cramps in my lower back and stomach and then have the urge to poo? could that be a sign my baby is coming soon? I get these every morning and it hurts and causes my stomach to burn making me think I have to poo.. But when I go, it's like loose stool. Sorry tmi

You may need to drink more water.

Only if I request it will my obstetrician check my cervix. She's a very respectful doc and only does the "invasive" stuff when it's absolutely required.

You need to drink a lot more water.

i have been. i drink at least 3 bottles a day. i dont know wat it could be.
