From what I'm reading, it seems they have handed the case over to detectives to determine if charges should be filed.

Smurfing ridiculous. What were they too cowardly to drop off at a hospital? The baby could have died.

If they don't press charges I will be furious.

There shouldn't be an "if" they should. Leave ur baby in a dumpster go to jail. Luckily its been really warm this winter & the baby was found before it got dark or the parents would be in deep smurf
