not sure

so today im 33 weeks but i was at work and i went to the bathroom and lost some of my plug then my lower back started getting sharper pains then normal and my stomach started to tighten and i felt slight cramping but not horribly bad. then driving home from work i went over speed bumps in my neighborhood and it felt like no matter how slow i went over them he was dropping, then i got home and had to pee so i ran to the bathroom and i lost more of my plug. but i lost my plug around 25 weeks and it replenished; will it replenish again?
i asked my mom about my stomach tightening and she said it was probably because i was getting frustrated while at work, but im still not sure?

Yes it can regenerate again. Those were more than likely braxton hicks. If they start getting closer together I would time them.

Yeah it can grow back. Have you had braxton hicks at all yet? It could be that.

i had my doctors app. yesterday and my doc. sent me to l&d because his heart beat was low is what he said so in l&d the nurse had the monitors attached to my stomach and the machine said i was having contractions but i wasnt feeling anything so she asked if he had check for dilation and i said no because i was only 33 weeks today and she said those were probably just braxton hicks but i wasnt feeling anything at all but him kick occasionally but they weren't with the timing of what the screen was reading on "contractions" but in l&d he had a normal heart rate.
